"Cuts Well Enough"
It does cut well most of the time, which I appreciate. I just wish it were a little more consistent, because having to go over the same spot again can get a bit annoying...

"Honestly, it worked"
I’ve used minutekey twice now, and I have to admit, both keys worked fine and the price was exactly what it said it would be. I was kind of expecting some issue, but nope, it did the job. Taking off one star because the kiosk was a little slow, but overall it was painless...

"Super easy instructions"
I used minutekey.com and, uh, the instructions were really easy to follow. I didn’t have to sit there guessing what to click next or anything. It was all laid out step by step and ended up taking less time than I thought. Always nice when a site just keeps things simple and clear.

I was in a bit of a rush and used MinuteKey to make a spare house key, and it actually worked on the first try. No wiggling it around or messing with it at all. It was quick too, which I really appreciated. i was a little surprised since copied keys can be hit or miss, but this one turned out just fine

"Pretty easy key copy"
I used Minute Key to make a copy of my house key, and it turned out good. I tried it as soon as I got home and it opened the door smoothly, with no sticking or having to wiggle it around. The machine was easy to use and didn’t take long at all. it was better than I expected for a quick key copy.

"Quick and Easy Support"
I had a small issue with my key order, but support got back to me really quickly. They explained everything in a simple way and fixed it without sending me around in circles. What more can you really ask for? Happy with the whole experience

"Easy enough and got the keys I needed"
I used minutekey.com because I needed a couple of house keys made and really didn’t feel like driving around to find a place. The selection was better than I expected, honestly. I just grabbed a basic one for a spare and a more fun design for my kid. Ordering was straightforward, and the keys showed up as expected. Nothing fancy to say, but it worked fine for me

I used the minuteKEY machine and got an error right after I paid, so I was a little nervous I’d just lost my money. I took a picture of the screen and sent it to support because that seemed like the easiest way to show what happened.
They replied quickly and gave me a refund without any hassle. Since they handled it so easily, I tried the machine again later, and the key worked fine that time. Things can glitch, but they made it right, so I’m happy with the experience.

The key did end up working, so overall I’m satisfied. At first it felt a little rough going in, and I had to wiggle it once or twice to get it to turn. It’s not a big deal, and maybe it’ll smooth out over time, but yeah... not bad, just not perfect either.

It works well most of the time, and I’ve been happy with it overall. That said, the machine did jam on me once, which was annoying. Maybe I did something wrong or didn’t load it quite right, I’m not totally sure. Since it only happened that one time, I wouldn’t say it’s a huge issue, but it did make me a little hesitant...
